The town on the River Irvine
Kilmarnock grew as a market and manufacturing town where the river and the roads meet. Most addresses fall in the KA1, KA2 and KA3 postcode districts as geography only — not as a premises postcode for this company. The sandstone streets around the Cross still set the tone for older houses; outward districts filled in with later terraces, semis and estate streets.
The first edition of Robert Burns’s poems was printed in Kilmarnock. That fact belongs to the town’s history, not to any claim about our work.
Districts across Kilmarnock
Stone openings in one street, later cavity walls in the next — none of these districts need their own service page.
Bonnyton and Riccarton
Close to older street patterns, with sandstone and later infill sharing the same roads.
Shortlees, Bellfield and New Farm Loch
Post-war and later expansion south and east — houses with gardens, drives and different access.
Grange, Onthank, Altonhill and Caprington
Further residential ground, from established streets to later estates.
Beansburn, Hillhead, Longpark and Southcraigs
Toward the north of the town, where ground rises and houses can feel more open to weather.
